Making reproductions for the purpose of text and data mining, including the systematic extraction of content, data or information from the Poligrafika.pl, Opakowanie.pl and Packagingreview.eu websites using software or any other automated system (“screen scraping”/“web scraping”) or otherwise, in particular for training machine learning or artificial intelligence (AI) systems, without the express consent of Alfa-Print Sp. z o.o., is not permitted.
This disclaimer does not apply to situations in which content, data or information is used to facilitate its retrieval by search engines.
Alfa-Print Sp. z o.o with its registered office in Warsaw, 14A Świętokrzyska St. (00-050) stipulates that it does not consent to making reproductions for the purpose of text and data mining, including systematic extraction of content, data or information from press publications, including the websites Poligrafika.pl Opako-wanie. pl and Packagingreview.eu press titles Poligrafika, Opako-wanie and Packaging Review including their electronic versions, using software or other automated system (“screen scraping”/“web scraping”) or by other means, in particular for training machine learning or artificial intelligence (AI) systems.
The disclaimer covers all kinds of materials and information, in particular literary works, press mate- rials within the meaning of Art. 7 (2) (4) of the Act of January 26, 1984. – Press Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1914), photographs, graphics, visual, audiovisual and sound materials, including podcasts.
This proviso does not apply to reproductions made for the purposes of scientific research by cultural heritage institutions, as well as entities referred to in Article 7(1)(1), (2) and (4) to (8) of the Law of July 20, 2018. – Law on Higher Education and Science (unified text, Journal of Laws of 2024, Item 1571, 1871, 1897), in accordance with Article 262 of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights of February 4, 1994 (unified text, Journal of Laws of 2025, Item 24), as well as situations in which content, data or information is used to facilitate its search by search engines (to determine its positioning).
This disclaimer constitutes an express reservation by the authorized entity referred to in Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 17, 2019 on copyright and related rights in the digital single market and amending Directives 96/9/EC and 2001/29/EC (OJ EU L. 130/92), as well as within the meaning of the provisions implementing this Directive into the national legal orders of EU member states, including Article 263(1) and (2) of the Polish Copyright and Related Rights Act.
